Questions about data protection

No. jdyg does not sell, rent, or share players' personal information with third parties or advertising companies for any reason. Only limited data is sent to payment service providers and technology service providers as required to deliver the service, and data security agreements are in place with each of them.

Game records and payment records are kept for as long as you are actively using the service. After your account is closed, data that is required by financial and legal obligations will be retained, and deleted once those requirements no longer apply. Marketing data is deleted immediately on the day you opt out.

If you agreed at registration, we may send you bonus news and service updates. If you no longer want these, you can request to opt out by contacting [email protected], after which marketing communications will stop. Payment verification and account security communications cannot be opted out of — they are essential to the service.

Contact [email protected], stating what needs to be corrected and what proof you can provide. For some corrections (for example, a name change), KYC documents such as a Myanmar National Registration Card may be required. Once the correction is confirmed, it will be processed as quickly as possible.

No. jdyg processes payments primarily through KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfers. These methods do not involve card numbers, CVV codes, or PINs — those details are exchanged only between the bank or payment platform and the player, and never enter jdyg's systems.

Yes. After you stop using the service and have no outstanding financial matters, you may request data deletion via [email protected]. However, some data may need to be retained due to financial reporting requirements or legal obligations, and we will clearly explain which data can be deleted and which cannot.
